Processing Supervisor – Seafood Operations



The Processing Supervisor

We are seeking applications from experienced and safety conscious candidates to join our processing team in a supervisor capacity.

The Processing supervisor will primary be responsible for the hands on supervision of processing workload and output to fulfill customer orders and achieve production targets whilst focussing on safety and quality.

The successful candidate will be involved in a range of activities including:

  • Implementing fit for purpose safety systems;
  • Monitoring daily production;
  • Implementation of a two week production plan, and monitoring adherence to the plan;
  • Development and delivery of training modules relating to processing work procedures and processes;
  • Review processing workload to achieve production schedule and full utilisation of resources;
  • Support the development and implementation of a training plans;
  • Hands on functions, including processing and packing product

  • be an innovative thinker who is supportive of new ideas and initiatives to achieve a better outcome.
  • Have an employment history in supervision of people and process to achieve a high standard product within well managed QA/QC parameters;
  • Be organised to plan and deliver to a training and development schedule;
  • Reside in close proximity to Augusta / Margaret River Region;
  • Have good communication skills;
  • Contribute to a team environment in a positive way;
  • approach their role have regard for theirs and others safety and wellbeing.

Candidates who have completed studies in Training and Assessment will be highly regarded.


Selection Criteria

In your covering letter please provide the following information about yourself:

  • Current residential address (or planned relocation to reside within the Augusta / Margaret River region)
  • Details of current driver’s license (including license class) and other qualifications;
  • Availability to commence employment (immediate, within 4 weeks or greater than 4 weeks).
