Peter Harold
Non-Executive Chairman, B. App. Sc (Chemistry), FAICD

Peter is a process engineer with over 30 years corporate experience in the minerals industry, specialising in financing, marketing, business development and general corporate activities.

Since March 2020 Peter has been CEO and Managing Director of ASX listed Poseidon Nickel Limited which is a nickel sulphide mine development company with three projects in Western Australia. From 2001 to 2020 Peter was Managing Director of Panoramic Resources Ltd, a company he co-founded as a $3 million IPO in 2001. Peter steered Panoramic through the financing and development of the Savannah Nickel Project in the East Kimberley and the acquisition and re-start of the Lanfranchi Nickel Project near Kambalda with the company reaching a market capitalisation of $1.2 billion in 2007.

Peter has served on a number of boards of ASX listed companies in the past 20 years including Alloy Resources Ltd, Spectrum Rare Earths Ltd, Peak Resources Ltd and Boab Minerals Ltd. Peter was also on the board of Youth Focus for nine years and Chairman for five years. Youth Focus is a not for profit organisation delivering frontline services and education programs which aim to reduce symptoms associated with suicide, depression, anxiety and self-harm, and build long-term mental wellbeing to help young people reach their full potential.

Rob Jorden
Chief Executive Officer

Rob is an experienced change management professional having spent the last 30 years as a management consultant specialising in start-up and turnaround situations.

Rob began his career in primary production and more recently has been involved with various resource companies globally including consulting to several ASX listed mining companies. Rob’s previous role was with GPR Dehler Pty Ltd (GPR) where as an Executive he ran Business Development and Operations for Australasia, with a particular focus on developing and implementing effective sales and marketing functions.

Rob also has significant expertise in organisational development and implementing new systems and organisational structures to assist businesses maximise their margins and realise their growth potential.

Brad Adams
Executive Corporate Development Director, BSc(Biology) , G.Dip(Aqua) MBA

Brad is a third-generation fisherman and has worked as a commercial abalone diver along Western Australia’s south coast for 12 years. Brad also has extensive aquaculture experience having worked in Tasmania in the 90’s on abalone, Atlantic salmon, oysters and mussels.

Brad has been actively involved in Abalone Aquaculture research and development in Western Australia since 2000. Brad was a director of the Western Australian Fishing Industry Council from 2009 to 2011 and Chairman from 2011 to 2013. He holds a MBA and Bachelor of Applied Science, Biology from Curtin University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma, Aquaculture from the University of Tasmania.

Brad is a founder of the business and has been a Director of and served in an executive capacity for Rare Foods Australia Limited (formerly Ocean Grown Abalone Limited) since July 2013.

Brent Stockden
Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary & Commercial Services Manager

Brent is a CPA with over 15 years finance and commercial experience. Brent has a proven track record in the successful building and streamlining of accounting systems, business processes and compliance requirements, whilst significantly lifting back-office standards for ASX listed entities. He has held the Group Financial Controller role for Toxfree Solutions Ltd, overseeing double digit revenue growth for nearly nine years, as well as Commercial Manager & Corporate Advisory roles in a broad variety of ASX listed & private businesses. In addition, he has extensive experience in successfully sourcing, implementing and managing the effective use of bank finance facilities to support business growth targets.

Ignazio (Ian) Peter Ricciardi
Non-Executive Director

Ian has been involved in the Western Australian Fishing Industry since 1975. The Ricciardi Family group have interests in Shark Bay prawn trawlers. Ian has worked on and operated trawlers in Shark Bay, Gulf of Carpentaria and Kimberly Prawn Fisheries. Ian also has interests in the South West Trawl Fishery, through One Sea Pty Ltd – Rottnest Island Scallop. The Ricciardi Family built and operated an Export Food Processing Facility in North Coogee and holds 50% interest in Fremantle City Coldstores. Ian held the position of Chairman of Shark Bay Prawn Association for 10 years and has significant experience in WA Fisheries-related processes.

Ian has been a Director of and served in an executive capacity for Rare Foods Australia Limited (formerly Ocean Grown Abalone Limited) since July 2013.

Danielle Lee
Non-Executive Director, B.Econ. LLB, BEc

Danielle is an experienced corporate lawyer with more than 23 years’ experience shared between private law firms and the Australian Securities Exchange. She has a broad range of skills and legal experience in the areas of corporate advisory, governance and equity capital markets. She has advised a range of Australian public and private companies in a range of industries on corporate transactions including capital raisings, ASX listings, business and share acquisitions, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements.

Joel Durell
General Manager - Augusta Operations, BsC (Marine Sciences), Diploma in Marine Studies (Fisheries Management)

Joel boasts in excess of 12 years extensive research and development experience and marine animal husbandry knowledge. With innovation at his core, Joel has worked across government and private sectors - within the Western Australian Government’s Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) and as Research and Development Officer at Geraldton Fisherman’s Co-operative.

Joel has successfully implemented strategies and systems to drive the effective productivity of people and operations with a safety-first approach in the Fisheries sector. His extensive knowledge and demonstrable application enables proven operating rhythms for best practice supply chain which includes designing, building and maintaining recirculating systems to drive premium product quality and excellence. In addition to this, Joel is a qualified recreational diving instructor supporting Rare Foods Australia’s dive programs through education and quality control.

Simon Hanley
General Manager - Ocean Cellar & Retail, MBus, GradDip (Oenology), BA (Environmental Science)

Simon is a highly qualified and innovative winemaker with over 25 years in the industry. He is the first person to have judged at beer and wine shows both nationally and internationally, presenting at numerous beer, wine and beverage conferences.

During his career spanning the Asia Pacific region Simon has held roles leading Brewing, Technical, Sensory Evaluation and Innovation, delivering exceptional results in all fields.  He is a performance-driven professional with extensive experience spearheading many facets of the beer, wine and beverage industry.  Simon has been especially effective at implementing successful sales strategies focused on optimising revenue and margins, while delivering great tasting products.

As a testament to his leadership, communication and innovative thinking, Simon developed and introduced more than 30 new wine and beverage products with global company Lion Nathan.  His experience is underpinned by a raft of qualifications including a Master of Business, a Graduate Diploma of Oenology and Bachelor of Environmental Science.
