The wine: Enticing citrus and subtle toasty oak on the nose, the French oak gives the palate a luscious richness, balanced with beautiful citrus fruit and a fresh lingering finish. 10 months French oak, 30% new. 12.5% abv
The Cellar: By spending 12 months at the bottom of the southern ocean, the correct pressure, perfect constant temperature and constant gentle (and sometimes less than gentle) motion has matured this wine into a perfect aged product to be enjoyed and admired. Every bottle unique, adorned by the ocean.
*due to the unique and wild nature of ocean maturation, each bottle varies in intensity of sealife encrustation.
