Retail Staff

Context
Where we were
Rare Foods Australia (RFA) developed a world-first approach to cultivate wild Greenlip abalone utilising an artificial reef off the coast of Augusta. Utilising its innovative approach to scaling rare food from the premium southwest, the business has recently begun Ocean Cellaring wine product from the Margaret River region.
Where we are
To showcase these innovations, the business created and built its inaugural retail shop, the Ocean Pantry, on the pristine Augusta harbour. The Ocean Pantry is designed to promote the business through tours, sell its rare foods and other aligned rare products.
The Ocean Pantry, led by RFA’s Retail Coordinator along with the support of the Manager – Sales Systems, began trading just prior to Christmas 2022.
