Method

  1. Take 2 abalone meat, place in a small, wide pot and just cover with the prepared liquid/stock.
  2. Heat until temperature reaches 50°C.
  3. Remove abalone from liquid, leave at room temperature
  4. Slice the abalone 3mm thick.
  5. Place the abalone back into the empty shell.
  6. Serve with dark soy sauce and wasabi
