Ingredients
- 2 pcs Roei abalone meat
- Abalone Stock (from Abalone Preparation Recipe)
- Dark Soy Sauce
- Wasabi
- Abalone Shell for serving
Method
- Take 2 abalone meat, place in a small, wide pot and just cover with the prepared liquid/stock.
- Heat until temperature reaches 50°C.
- Remove abalone from liquid, leave at room temperature
- Slice the abalone 3mm thick.
- Place the abalone back into the empty shell.
- Serve with dark soy sauce and wasabi
